The focus is on helping sales, marketing, and customer success teams eliminate operational friction, improve pipeline visibility, and drive measurable revenue growth. The team is small and high-impact, with a growing portfolio of retainer clients and a clear growth trajectory.
HUSH RevOps is an early adopter of HubSpot AI Agents and AI-driven workflows. This role will help execute those capabilities across client environments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own client relationships, run projects, and drive delivery in a high-growth HubSpot and RevOps consulting firm. You will manage a portfolio of retainer clients day-to-day: leading weekly calls, managing project activities, and coordinating internal resources to ship deliverables on time. You will report to the Director of Client Services.
You are accountable for client execution and project delivery across your portfolio.
