The focus is on helping sales, marketing, and customer success teams eliminate operational friction, improve pipeline visibility, and drive measurable revenue growth. The team is small and high-impact, with a growing portfolio of retainer clients and a clear growth trajectory.

HUSH RevOps is an early adopter of HubSpot AI Agents and AI-driven workflows. This role will help execute those capabilities across client environments.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own client relationships, run projects, and drive delivery in a high-growth HubSpot and RevOps consulting firm. You will manage a portfolio of retainer clients day-to-day: leading weekly calls, managing project activities, and coordinating internal resources to ship deliverables on time. You will report to the Director of Client Services.

What Success Looks Like

You are accountable for client execution and project delivery across your portfolio.

Core KPIs:

  • Contribute to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target of 110%+ (owned by Director)
  • Contribute to Gross Retention target of 90%+ (owned by Director)
  • Maintain Client Health Score across all assigned accounts
  • Deliver to utilization and margin targets
  • Deliver to Time-to-Value targets on new client engagements
  • Surface (not close) expansion opportunities to leadership

Scope of Role

  • Own day-to-day relationships for approximately 10 retainer clients
  • Coordinate work across HubSpot Strategists and contractors
  • Report to Director of Client Services

What You Will Own

Client Management

  • Run weekly client calls and recurring touchpoints
  • Maintain clear agendas, notes, and action items
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Escalate risks and blockers to the Director of Client Services

Project Management

  • Manage project plans, milestones, and timelines
  • Track delivery hours and progress against scope
  • Coordinate internal team to complete deliverables on schedule
  • Maintain visibility into client roadmaps and priorities

Delivery Coordination

  • Review deliverables before client handoff
  • Ensure all work aligns to client roadmaps, not reactive requests
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks

Client Growth

  • Identify expansion signals and surface them to leadership
  • Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) led by the Director of Client Services
  • Maintain a clear view of client health, risks, and opportunities

What the First 90 Days Look Like

Days 1-30

  • Learn client portfolio, delivery model, and team structure
  • Shadow weekly calls and review active project plans
  • Build relationships with assigned clients and internal team

Days 31-60

  • Take ownership of assigned client portfolio
  • Run weekly calls independently
  • Manage active projects to milestones

Days 61-90

  • Drive on-time delivery across portfolio
  • Surface expansion opportunities to leadership
  • Identify and document process improvements

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Must reside in and be legally eligible to work within the United States.
  • 3+ years in account management, project management, or client services in a B2B agency, SaaS, or consulting environment
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (Sales Hub or Marketing Hub workflows, reporting, and core CRM functionality)
  • Proven track record managing multiple client accounts and project timelines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort managing day-to-day client conversations around scope, timeline, and status

Preferred

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with the ability to speak the product fluently with clients
  • Experience working with B2B manufacturing or industrial companies
  • Familiarity with the “RevOps Hierarchy of Needs”
  • HubSpot certifications across multiple hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, or CRM)
  • Experience at an agency or consulting firm
