About HUSH RevOps

You won't find our approach many other places. Balancing honest feedback with industry insights will deliver the results you're hoping for without constant confusion.

Our Partnership Philosophy

We don’t exist to agree with you—we exist to help you grow. At HUSH RevOps, we treat every engagement like a collaboration, not a transaction. That means asking tough questions,  challenging assumptions, and holding each other accountable. We move fast, communicate clearly, and focus on what drives measurable progress. If you want a partner who tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, you’ll fit right in here.

"Take Me to Your Leader"

Well if you insist. Our resident "nerdy guy", Zach Hussion, is the founder of HUSH RevOps, a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner focused on helping B2B manufacturing companies modernize their revenue operations. He brings more than twenty years of sales and marketing experience across industrial and manufacturing environments, combined with a deep technical understanding of HubSpot as a full revenue platform.

Zach works with leadership teams to clean and structure their data, streamline sales and marketing processes, and build automation that reduces friction across the entire customer lifecycle. His firm supports private equity backed manufacturing groups, mid-market industrial companies, and engineering led organizations that need predictable reporting, higher output from their teams, and a CRM they can finally trust.

Here's How Our Partnership Process Works

1

Discovery & Assessment

We begin by evaluating your current data, systems, and process handoffs. This includes understanding your goals, auditing your HubSpot portal (if existing), and identifying gaps.

2

Design & Build

Based on the assessment, we map out future-state processes and then configure HubSpot accordingly. This is where we implement solutions – setting up pipelines, properties, integrations, and automation per the plan.
3

Enable & Optimize

Once the system is built, we train your team and do thorough testing. We ensure everyone knows how to use the new tools. We also monitor initial usage and adoption, making tweaks so HubSpot truly fits into day-to-day operations.

4

Iterate & Scale

After launch, we don’t disappear. We review real usage and reporting insights to find improvements. Then we refine processes, add advanced features, or scale the solution as your team grows. This iterative approach turns HubSpot into an engine for continuous growth.

Would RevOps Really Change Anything?

Revenue Operations (RevOps) aligns your people, processes, and platforms so everyone’s working from the same playbook.

You’re a good fit if you:

Feel friction between marketing, sales, and service handoffs.

Have inconsistent or conflicting reports across departments.

Want to measure what’s actually driving revenue growth.

Value operational clarity as much as lead generation.

Why Work with a Certified HubSpot Partner?

HubSpot is designed for teams that need visibility, automation, and accountability across marketing, sales, and service.

It’s a great fit if you sell complex products or services with long B2B sales cycles, need better visibility across departments, and want a single, reliable source of truth for your customer data.

However, it may not be the right choice if you only need a contact list or email marketing tool, or if your team isn’t yet prepared to define or document consistent processes.

How Do I Know If HUSH RevOps is a Good Fit for Me?

We partner with B2B manufacturers and industrial teams who want HubSpot to work like an extension of their business - integrated, measurable, and built to evolve.

You’re a good fit if you:

Want direct access to senior RevOps consultants (no hand-offs or fluff).

Value transparency, accountability, and clear scopes of work.

Expect honest, constructive feedback—even when it’s uncomfortable.

Are ready to challenge the status quo and rethink how your teams operate.

Want a partner who pushes you to improve, not one who just says “yes.”

See change management as an opportunity, not a burden.

FAQs

Whether you've tried multiple consultants over the years and still feel stuck or you're new to the space, we are here to tailor the best path for your needs.

How is your onboarding different from HubSpot’s own onboarding?

HubSpot offers a one-size-fits-all onboarding program (for example, Marketing Hub Professional onboarding costs ~$3,000 via HubSpot directly) which consists of standardized training sessions. That can be great for basic guidance, but it’s less customized and much of the actual work is left to your team. In contrast, our onboarding is a hands-on, customized implementation. We don’t just tell you what to do – we roll up our sleeves and do it with you.

This means we configure the platform to your specific needs, migrate or clean data, set up automations, integrate other tools, and coach your users using your real processes. It’s a more comprehensive approach that ensures HubSpot is fully optimized for your business (something HubSpot’s generic onboarding can’t provide). The result is faster ROI and a HubSpot portal that’s ready to go, without your team having to figure out everything on their own.

Are your prices competitive compared to other HubSpot partners?

Yes – we regularly benchmark our pricing to stay competitive with the U.S. market for certified HubSpot Solutions Partners. Our rates are in line with (or often lower than) what similar providers charge for equivalent services. For instance, some well known agencies charge over $30,000 for a full 3-Hub (Marketing, Sales, Service) onboarding package. Our full-platform engagement is around $20k–$25k for a similar scope, which is significantly more cost-effective. Even for a single Hub, you’ll find many partners charge $10,000 or more for an in-depth onboarding (especially at the Enterprise tier).

We’ve set our single hub package at $7k–$10k to be competitive while still dedicating 40–60 hours of expert time to your implementation. In short, we aim to provide elite-level service without the elite-level price tag. You get transparent hourly pricing and top-notch expertise, and we get to build a long-term relationship – a win-win.

Do you have experience with B2B manufacturing or industrial companies?

Absolutely – this is our sweet spot. Many of our clients are in the manufacturing and industrial space, so we understand complex B2B sales cycles, distributor networks, and technical products. In fact, we’ve helped technical sales teams at manufacturing companies connect HubSpot with their ERP systems and other tools to streamline their workflow. By integrating these platforms, we eliminate manual data entry and reporting redundancies, which frees up your team’s time and even speeds up onboarding for new sales reps. The end result is clearer visibility into the pipeline and ROI – crucial for engineering-driven sales processes – and a HubSpot setup that truly supports how your industrial business operates. (For example, we know how to implement custom deal stages for long sales cycles, or create dashboards for both direct sales and channel sales performance, etc.) We’re fluent in the challenges manufacturing companies face and tailor our solutions accordingly.
